The method of meditation
The solution is discarding
The reason it is important for people to do this meditation is because a person’s mind is like a camera. A person’s mind takes pictures, records and stores them inside the brain, just as the camera takes pictures and records. Using the five senses: eyes, nose, mouth, ears, and the body, a person begins to take pictures starting at birth through elementary school, middle and high school, college, work, marriage, and until the present. Everything is taken as a picture and stored inside the brain. Inside those pictures are where tens of thousands of thoughts emerge from. That’s what causes stress and pain. People live bound to their pictures; this is the reason why we throw away and eliminate.
This meditation has a way to discard those pictures. By reflecting on one’s life, one can bring up the pictures one by one and throw them away. As a person continues to let go of their pictures, their mind becomes more free and happier.
Once a person completely lets go of their false mind, they will be able to find their true self. They will know all the principles of the world and always live with happiness, joy, and freedom.

Meditation is exercise for the mind. It teaches how to contemplate your mind, balance and cleanse your heart. It is active interaction and dialogue with yourself to find everlasting, never-changing and living inner-peace in your heart. The ultimate goal is not to create a “new” you, but to help you develop what’s already there. we call it connecting with the “true” you. For some, this process may take just a few weeks. For others the journey may be longer. But our class is built to accommodate your needs as following;
- Unlimited session: students can take a class as often as they wish for the same low monthly fee.
- Guided session: meditation sessions are guided and checked continuously to help students acquire full attention and care for maximum benefit and progress.
- Flexible location and schedule: the facility is conveniently located in Chicago suburbs. The center opens 7 days from morning to night to accommodate all types of lifestyle so you can still benefit with the program.
- Group and one-on-one setting: everyone is different. We offer both individual and group sessions to tailor the program for your needs and goals.
